Length: 8 weeks.
Format: Weekly 60–90 min sessions (Zoom + workbook + assignments)
Requirements: Must have completed Daughters of Deborah Mentorship and demonstrate faithfulness/consistency.

Servant leadership vs platform leadership
Scriptural foundations: Titus 2, Judges 4–5
Leading from intimacy, not ambition
Guarding against pride, offense, or misuse of gifts

The difference between mentoring, coaching, and discipling

Case studies + role-play
How to lead Bible studies or small groups
Practical skills: time management, engaging discussions, handling conflict
Balancing honey and sting (sweetness vs correction)
Releasing encouragement, correction, and direction in love
Avoiding manipulation
How to cover mentees in prayer
Standing in the gap without taking on burdens wrongly

How to help mentees grow into their own callings
Releasing and commissioning others without controlling

4. Practical Components
Weekly Assignments: journal prompts, case studies, or practice leading 5–10 min devotionals.
Shadowing Opportunities: allowing mentees to co-lead prayers, breakout rooms, or future mentorship discussions.
Certification: on completion, they become Certified Daughters of Deborah Mentor-Leaders.
